ALPINE HUNTING AND FISHING CLUB

ANNOUNCEMENTS

2017 HUNTER ORIENTATION

Any member who plans on hunting at the club in 2017 and 2018 must attend the Alpine Club Hunter Orientation.  Hunter Orientation will be held this Wednesday August 16, and Friday August 18, at  6 PM.

The Alpine Club would like to thank all of the volunteers that participated in the clubs spring workday last Saturday.  All of your hard work and effort was greatly appreciated.  We accomplished just about everything that we had planned to do.  I am sure you noticed all of the great things that the club has accomplished in the last year and the projects that are being completed now.  Most of all, it is accomplished by volunteers like you, so once again thank you for your help and we will see you at the club.

ALPINE CLUB ACCESS CARDS

It's been brought to the attention of the Board of Directors that several members have given their access cards to non-members to access the club grounds.  Your membership is an individual membership not a family and friends membership.  Family members are always welcome, but they must be accompanied by the member at all times.  Any future violations will be reviewed by the board for disciplinary actions which could include termination of membership.  Please comply with all rules and regulations when using club facilities.

Thank you,
 Alpine Club Board of Directors

A reminder from the Outdoor Sports Committee (OSC).  According to the club rules and regulations, all members utilizing the club grounds for any sporting activity must sign the log book in the tack room before and after using the grounds.  This includes all hunting, fishing, shooting range, sporting clays, dog training or walking.  This is for your safety and all the members of the club.

CLUB AND HUNTING ORIENTATION - MANDATORY FOR NEW MEMEBERS

The Hunt Management Team will be sponsoring an orientation for new members and a refresher for hunters who have already attended a prior program.  It will be required of new members.  A sticker will be provided for securing on your club member card to identify attendance.   Rules enforcement is your responsibility.  You need to know them to enforce them.  Subjects covered will include the Log Book, Field Orientation,  purchase of birds, the Alpine Bird Club, expected deportment, safety issues, guided hunts and other items.  All questions will be answered.   The meeting should take no longer than 1 hourPlease contact the Hunt Management for information
